One day at a time

Life is hard sometimes its alot of work and pressure on all sides. I adopted a puppy and named it Turner so i can remember to turn the page and not to hold on the past so much. I normally would not go outside to much but Turner has to go to the bathroom and if i don't want him to go in the house I have to go outside. Just by doing that small step it grounds me back to earth and i feel better. Sometimes just taking a small step makes a big difference and if you keep taking those small steps it lands up making a mile.
